HBO Max has announced that it will air a special early release of "It: Welcome to Derry" Episode 2 on Halloween night, making it available just three days ahead of its originally scheduled debut. The episode, titled "The Thing in the Dark," is the second installment of the new horror series and serves as a prequel to Stephen King's classic novel "IT."

. Can't wait to see what's in store for us... or should I say, what's lurking in the dark? 
I mean, who doesn't love a good scare on Halloween night? It's like the ultimate horror movie experience. And Bill Skarsgård as Pennywise is just chilling (pun intended). I've been binge-watching the new series and it's getting me so invested in the story of Derry and its terrifying residents. The thing that intrigues me about this prequel is how it's going to explore the origins of Pennywise - will we learn more about what makes him tick? 
. But seriously, it's cool that HBO Max is giving fans an extra dose of horror this Halloween. It reminds me that sometimes waiting in line (or in this case, watching our favorite show at midnight 
) is actually a part of the fun. We have to be patient and trust that what we're waiting for will be worth it. And if all else fails, we can always use the extra time to prep ourselves for the scare
