The Muppet Show to Is It Cake? Valentines: the seven best shows to stream this week

🤦‍♀️ I was really looking forward to checking out The Muppet Show revival but I guess it's too late now... I mean who doesn't love Kermit and the gang? 🎉 But seriously though, I'm more of a comedy fan myself so Mo Gilligan's stand-up special on Netflix is kinda calling my name right now. Has anyone else checked it out yet? 😁

I'm so down for The Muppet Show revival 🎉! I mean, who doesn't love Kermit and the gang? It's like they say, "The show must go on"... and with Disney+, it definitely does 😂. And I'm intrigued by Is It Cake?, not because of the over-the-top pink theme (I'm more of a subtle humor kinda guy), but because Mikey Day is hilarious 🤣.

On the other hand, Finding Harmony: A King's Vision seems like it could've been made in 2010... Prince Charles was already all about sustainability back then 😉. I guess that's what happens when you're born into royalty, right? The documentary itself might be interesting, but it feels like a rehash of old news to me.

Anyway, there's some solid content on Netflix this week, and I'm gonna have to check out Mo Gilligan's stand-up special 👍. At least it's not as sugary sweet as Is It Cake?! 🍰👀

🤣 I mean, what's not to love about The Muppet Show revival? It's like they asked a bunch of people who grew up with it and said "Hey guys, remember this stuff?" 🎉 But seriously, if you're into that sorta thing, go for it. And hey, at least the new series isn't trying to be too cringey 😅. On the other hand, The Investigation of Lucy Letby is giving me major PTSD vibes... 7 babies murdered? That's just crazy 💀. Mo Gilligan's stand-up special is alright, I guess. I mean, he's not gonna win any awards for being the most original comedian, but it's a fun watch if you're into that sorta thing 🤪. And Is It Cake?... *sigh*... who thought this was a good idea? A whole show about pink and rom-com cliches? 😒

🤔 I'm not sure about all these revivals and documentaries being showcased this week... can we get some source material on why Disney+ is bringing back The Muppet Show? Is it really that hard for them to track down the original cast and crew? 🤑 And what's with Netflix airing a documentary about Lucy Letby without any new insights? Wasn't this case already covered in depth by other docs or investigations? I need some concrete info before I start binge-watching all these shows... 📺

I'm loving this new wave of nostalgic TV shows on Disney+ 🎉 The Muppet Show is a classic that never fails to put a smile on my face. I remember watching it as a kid and now I can share the laughs with my grandkids 👴🏻. It's amazing how these old-school sitcoms still hold up today.

But, you know what's also fascinating? These true crime documentaries 🤯 They're like reading a good book, but instead of getting lost in fiction, we get to live through real-life drama and tragedy. The Investigation of Lucy Letby is particularly harrowing - it's like being right there with the investigators trying to piece together the puzzle.

And, I gotta say, comedians are always a delight 😂 Mo Gilligan's stand-up special is so relatable, even when he's making fun of himself! And who doesn't love a good rom-com 🍫 Is It Cake? might be cheesy, but it's like sipping on sweet tea - comforting and indulgent.

I'm also intrigued by the documentaries about Prince Charles and Judit Polgár 🤔 Finding Harmony: A King's Vision is an interesting look at sustainability, even if it's not as in-depth as I'd like. And Queen of Chess is so inspiring - who wouldn't want to be a chess prodigy? 🧩
