silicon valley is literally the hub of global tech innovation and now it's getting hit with all these suicidal policies 
first off, freezing federal research grants is a huge blow to education and innovation - what even is the point of having top-notch universities if you're not gonna support them? 
and can we talk about the harassment of professors and foreign students? that's just ridiculous
how are we supposed to foster an environment for learning and growth when we're treating our own people like they're some kinda enemy?
i mean, i get it, president trump wants to 'protect america' and all that, but come on, this is not the way to do it
especially when it's affecting international students who are basically just trying to pursue their dreams and help us out. chinese students, stem scholars... what even is the point of having a global tech community if we're gonna kick them out?
anyway, i hope silicon valley can adapt and find ways to overcome this challenge
