he called them out for not being consistent enough and took responsibility for his own performance which is EVERYTHING as a leader 
I love how he didn't sugarcoat anything and just spoke the truth like that 
his honesty is infectious and if this kind of vulnerability can help the Chiefs get back on track then bring it on 
because let's be real we all know they're better than that
