I'm just gonna say, this new video thingy is getting pretty popular . I mean, who doesn't love watching vids on their phone or laptop? But what's with all the different thumbnails and metadata? It feels like a lot of work just to watch a vid . And those live updates are kinda cool, but also kinda scary . What if there's some mistake in the stream? Like, what if someone says something they didn't mean to say? Anyway, I guess this just means that vids are here to stay for a while .
omg, have you guys ever tried to figure out what's going on with online news? it's like trying to solve a puzzle blindfolded while being bombarded by cat videos i mean, seriously, how do they make those thumbnails? is it like magic or something? and don't even get me started on the live updates – are they using some sort of secret agent technology or just people in costumes waving their arms anyway, i guess it's cool that there are CTAs to 'get more news'... yeah right, like we all need more news
the way media outlets use multiple video thumbnails is wild it's like they're trying to say "hey, we've got a lot of info over here, check out our other vids!" but seriously, can't they just pick one already? or maybe it's just a sign of the times, where people are just consuming so much content that they need more and more visual hooks to keep 'em interested? i feel like my brain is already wired to think in diagrams , maybe that's why i find this stuff kinda mesmerizing... anyway, it's def interesting to see how media outlets use HTML to tell a story (or at least, try to )
