the flyers' situation is pretty tough rn, they need a top-notch center ASAP but none of the young prospects are quite ready . it's gonna be hard to land someone like robert thomas or elias pettersson without breaking the bank tho . and with shane wright having some ups & downs, you can't count on him just yet . trade is def a option but it's gotta be a calculated move that makes sense for the future . i'm not sure what the answer is just yet, but i think breère will do his due diligence and find someone who fits their system

Those top prospects are still a ways off, so trade is def the way to go but it's gonna hurt like heck . Brière's right tho, gotta think long-term, don't wanna be makin' rookie moves . omg I'm low-key freaking out thinking about how much shane wright would be a game changer for this team he's so underrated lol his contract price is def reasonable considering he's already proven himself in the league and they can use draft picks as part of the trade deal it'd be soo satisfying to see him join the flyers, but at the same time I get why Brière would want to make sure it's a long-term move

I feel like they're already in too deep with trades lol . It's gotta be tough to find someone who fits their system and can make a real difference on the ice. I mean, Robert Thomas is a great player, but that Blues contract is massive . And then there's Shane Wright, he's got potential, but he's also had some struggles. I'm not sure if Philly is ready to take that risk . They need to figure out what they want to do and make a move, but it's gotta be the right one or they'll be stuck in neutral for a while .
