Ministers warned not to copy Wes Streeting's release of messages with Peter Mandelson

🤔 so what's going on here is like, super worrying. I mean, we're talking about a former ambassador who's got some serious baggage, right? And now the government is warning its own officials not to share private messages with him... that's some messed up stuff. 💥

It's all very convenient when it comes down to it - Labour MP Wes Streeting releases these messages and suddenly everyone's like 'oh no, we need to make sure this doesn't get out' 🤷‍♂️ But at the same time, we're not getting any real answers on what actually happened with Mandelson and Epstein. It's all very vague.

And then Keir Starmer comes along and says 'let's just do it in a "managed process" and everything will be fine'... but that just sounds like some BS to me 🙄. I mean, if there's something shady going on, we should know about it. The fact that the Met police are searching his properties and reviewing documents is already super suspicious.

It's all just really frustrating because we're not getting any real transparency here. Transparency and accountability are basically just buzzwords when it comes to government officials... 🙄

🤯 Can't believe what's going on here... those WhatsApp messages between Mandelson and Epstein are like, super sensitive info for a reason! I mean, if the police need to investigate some serious misconduct allegations, shouldn't they just have the documents? Why do we even care about which ones get released or not? 🤔 It feels like the whole thing is just getting messy because people don't want to follow proper procedure...

And Keir Starmer's got the nerve to suggest a "managed process" for releasing info... does that even sound like anything other than a fancy way of saying "we're not gonna tell you anything, period"? 😒 It's all about control and cover-ups here. And I'm just sitting over here thinking, can't we just have some clear and concise information? 🙄
