The Raiders' organization has been all over the place lately. First, Klint Kubiak comes in and tries to shake things up, then you've got trade rumors swirling around Maxx's future... it's just a mess. Crosby's decision to speak up like that might be seen as bold, but I think it's more like him saying "I'm done" out loud. And the team's gonna lose some valuable depth on defense? Not good for their chances in 2025.
