I'm so worried about people shoveling snow this winter

. Those cardiologists are right on point, I mean, who knew shoveling could be so bad for your heart?

It's like we're not even thinking about our bodies when it comes to the cold weather and physical activity. I know some people might just think "oh, it's no big deal" but trust me, two feet of snow is a lot of work!
And don't even get me started on age, 35 is like, young for heart attack risk

. We need to take care of ourselves, especially when the weather gets cold and we're more likely to be physically active. I'm all about taking breaks every five minutes, warming up regularly, that kinda thing...
But seriously, if you're feeling any weird symptoms after shoveling, don't ignore it, go see a doc ASAP

. Your heart (and your arm

) will thank you!
