Being a night owl may increase the risk of cardiovascular disease

I'm totally with my 17yo on this one... I get why she's always up late gaming with her friends 🤷‍♀️. But now I see how all those extra hours spent watching vids or scrolling through her phone at night might be affecting her heart health in the long run 😬. As a parent, it's hard to balance giving my kid freedom and being worried about their well-being. Maybe this study will make me sit down with her and have a chat about why I'm so concerned... 🤔

Ugh, I'm so done with all you night owls out there 🤯! Just kidding, sorta 😂. Seriously though, this study is making me want to wind down early and get some shut-eye ASAP 💤. 300k adults might seem like a lot, but what if it's actually less than 1% who are night owls? It still sounds like a pretty big risk to me 🚨.

I also find it kinda weird that women are at a higher risk of poor cardiovascular health scores... what's going on there, guys? 💁‍♀️ Are we just naturally more stressed or something? And don't even get me started on the whole "circadian misalignment" thing... I mean, can't our bodies just figure it out themselves? 🤔

Still, it's all about balance, right? Maybe if we all could find a happy medium between being early birds and night owls, everyone would be healthier 🌈. Until then, I'll just be over here with my alarm clock and a cup of tea ☕️.
