An 88-year-old man in Montrose, Texas has been taken into custody after allegedly pulling a gun on a neighbor walking their dog. Patrick Wageman, who has lived on the same block for over three decades, is now facing charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
According to residents, including Abby Patel and Chelsea Howell, Wageman has a long-standing reputation for warning people away from his lawn. However, he never resorted to physical threats until Monday night, when he allegedly pulled a gun on a man walking his dog.

. i hope he gets some help and counseling to deal with whatever issues are making him act out like this
